Greetings!
I am excited to introduce myself as the new Principal at Fairmont School. As most of you know, I started my teaching career at Fairmont! Throughout my career, I have networked with diverse groups of educators that understand the value of creating inclusive learning environments that foster our children's independence.
Supporting and coaching our staff is at the forefront of our school initiative. In recent years, I have enjoyed incredible experiences and I look forward to bringing my leadership to Fairmont School in a new way.
Although I have varying educational beliefs, my philosophy has not changed throughout my career: meaningful collaboration, respect for self and others, shared vision for our school-community and an ability to develop students as respectful, responsible life-long learners.
As we embark upon our new school year, I want to welcome you into our building. I have an open-door policy, so please feel free to reach out for any reason during the school year as this is essential to developing effective two-way communication.
